As you all read I recently went to Michigan to visit my gf and go to a con. I have to say this whole trip was well worth it in many ways then one.

TO start off me and my friend britt arrived in MI and were met by my gf and her friend ally. Okay let me stay this, Charlotte(gf)attempted to tackle me. So anyhow we arrive back at the apt of hers. WE get settled and so forth. As the night went on her friends all arrived home from their respective classes and places. Disser showed up and we all got to meet one another. This was fun and we all had a good time.

So during my stay Charlotte had classes. Which oddly enough wasn't a problem. I still got to see her alot and we still went out and did things. Like we saw the movie 9 which was entertaining. We went to a party and ran around the city ,All of this was fun, and let me also mention the farmers market is really nice and made me happy.

Charlottes classes were fun and the mini filmshoot she did was entertaining. I oddly enough learned some stuff from all her classes in the short time I was there. So the week went on and we did numberous things with friends and so forth. Then it was time for the con. This whole week we were finishing and fixing cosplay related stuff to preparing. working on our panels and so forth.

So we arrive on the con on a thursday and get our rooms. We had a problem and I found out they took money out of me that should not have been taken out. That problem was fixed and so forth. So now we set up for our panels and did what we had to do. Friday came and we got our badges we ran around the con, which was currently really small, then we introduced ourselves and made friends with a artist in artist alley. She went by the name bear and heres her DA AFter that we went to opening ceramonies then went to prepare for our panel.

Our first panel was a bit chaotic but we had a good time and people enjoyed it. We had some tech difficulties but it was solved. So the next day roles around, we do our panel which goes a ton better, and we enter out gurren lagann cosplay and run around the con. WE do a photoshoot and entered the cospaly contest which we won best group and our friend david won best in show. That night we went to the rave then somehow took over a panel cuase the person running it never showed up. Also we were going to attend a party but we decided not too.

The next day was our final day we had to do a early panel on steampunk in the media. We had abunch of people come from our previous panels which made us really happy.so after the panel we were ready to go but we ended up going to the staff area to hangwith some of our new staff friends. After this we left went out to dinner with davids parents and went home

A few days later we had to leave to return home. I had a great time with charlotte and her friends and hope to come back agian real soon. I truthfully didnt want to leave XD
